Shipping policy
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business working days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Holidays and weekends are not included within your processing time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed when we return the following business working day.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your order will be processed and shipped by United States Postal Service. The standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. Holidays and weekends are not included within shipping time in most cases and does vary by USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped. You may file a click via usps if there are any issues or delays during your shipping time. Contact customer service if any issues occur with filing a claim and we will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds are not permitted on any product or service. If a client is dissatisfied with a service, please express concerns before leaving the appointment to avoid any additional charges for another service. We do not accept returns on used items. All tags must be attached the product in its original form if a situation that is permitted occurs.

Do you deliver internationally?
-We do not offer international shipping.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
-We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The billing address must match the name and shipping address on file.
